As a Data & Reporting Specialist, you understand the role of data in day-to-day business processes and how to best visualize it. You can analyze functional questions, propose a front-end solution, and implement it in a way that aligns with our architecture. How you achieve results in this? That’s up to you. - Helping our business stakeholders in identifying their functional data needs.
- Exploring available data to help our business in defining and measuring their KPI’s.
- Designing and building dashboards in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Developing dashboards with insights that support decision-making in performance management.
- Manage day-to-day progress of your projects, proactively communicate with your stakeholders and work with experts from various disciplines to get their input or support.
- Supporting and training our business users in effectively using dashboards and data for self-service purposes.
- Contribute to further development of the BI community at Schiphol.

- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a front-end developer.
- Extensive experience in building BI solutions with Microsoft Power BI.
- Fluent in DAX and can hold your own in SQL.
- Experience with working in an Agile DevOps team.
- Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts, such as ETL/ ELT and star schemas.
- Good communicative skills in both Dutch and English.
You get this
- € 4744 to € 6582 gross per month (Schaal 12).
- A 13th month (year-end bonus).
- The possibility to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour work week.
- Participation in the ABP pension fund.

About the Team
Finance
Royal Schiphol Group’s Finance department takes care of company finances, capital investments and the risks that go along with that. Together with 132 colleagues we make financial reports and give advice regarding legislation and regulations. We ensure proper financial administration and give management and the organisation insight into the process.
