We are looking for a Bar Manager to be a part of our store operating at Schiphol T3!
What you’ll do:As a Bar Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of your store, ensuring the highest performance possible in all areas within the operation through effectively sparring with your Regional Manager. You will adhere to market-specific legal requirements, company policies, and compliance structures. At all times, you are expected to have a full overview of your store and lead your team members ensuring efficient workflows, great guest experiences, and high-quality products.
Value-Based Leadership: Effectively lead your team members in alignment with company Manifest and operational principles.
Employee Engagement: Develop and motivate your team through development plans and feedback, in-store training, team meetings, and securing high engagement through inclusion, and social activities.
Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a guest-first approach, building strong guest relations through your local community in accordance with our brand behavior principles and hereby increase overall guest loyalty.
Operational Excellence: Seek consistency and full visibility over your operation and store performance to give time and resources where they’re needed most. Make compliance a habit by building health and safety tasks into your team’s working day.
What you’ve got:- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in similar positions
- Experience in fast casual restaurant chains (preferred)
- Experience in food safety
- Excellent competencies in creating a team with a high degree of employee engagement
- A guest-first approach securing an overall great guest experience
